"OMS"​ was founded in Liepaja in 1991 and is one of the largest providers of electrical installation works in Kurzeme region. OMS is a licensed company working on electrical appliances and qualified by the “Latvenergo” qualification system "BUILDING AND SERVICES"​ in the Register of Qualified Suppliers. The company is registered as a construction company, the registration No.: 0365-R. The main activities performed by OMS are designing of electrical appliances, operations and reparations of electrical installations, test measurements and adjustments. In 2003, OMS expanded its field of activity, including geodesy and topography. In order to provide the necessary infrastructure for the development of the company, a production bases at Lielā Street 12, Grobiņa and Riga Street 218a in Jēkabpils, are used for the implementation of OMS services.
